Our partners at Neuro Base Camp joined us for our first-ever Portland event as we helped individuals of all abilities get outdoors while building community for those experiencing, advocating for, researching, and/or curious about neurological difficulties and brain/spinal cord injuries.
Our Meet & Greet events are a great way to learn more about Life Stages, our mission, and upcoming Life Adventures, while picking up exclusive swag along the way.

This iconic, annual female-centered Santa Cruz event featured local female-identifying makers as well as local shakers who are stirring up the outdoor industry and creating outdoor spaces for womxn to build community and belong.
Local queer-identifying members gathered together to enjoy the sun, fresh air, and good company while diving into their own wellness and development journeys– from exploring dating, coming out, and more.
The REI Berkley team embarked on a forest bathing hike where they practiced grounding and de-stressing skills as they strengthened team-building.
Take this wonderful opportunity to learn to be present in nature, and to take care of yourself.
Thank you so much ZY for your work in the world, it is so important and needed and I loved the way you held space in the group.
“I’m not new to this type of instruction, and or any of the themes that were discussed in our workshop, but it was really nice to have a more structured discussion with like-minded individuals, and to share and discuss things that maybe I’ve had trouble with or that I think I can improve on. I really liked the merch we were given– the pamphlets have been helpful in my everyday life since I’ve done the workshop, and I think I will continue to share and use the resources I was given.”
Being able to do a leadership / mental health workshop out in nature is a dream come true! Zulma is an amazing facilitator and I really appreciated that she customized the workshop to our group's needs. I really loved the emotion wheel handout, having that as a visual was a great touch!
The hike was a good reminder that I need to slow down and pay attention to my own health.
