EVOLVE AT EVERY STAGE
HEALTH | COMMUNITY | NATURE | ADVENTURE
As a start-up founded by a queer, Latinx emigrant, it is of utmost importance for Life Stages to support historically underrepresented and underinvested communities. We believe everyone has the potential to self-actualize, achieve health, and build the best current version of themselves.
As such, throughout the year, Life Stages will hold a series of outdoor wellness events for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities across the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. All events will be hosted and/or in collaboration with BIPOC health and wellness professionals.
The goal is to help participants learn easy, everyday skills to improve their baseline of health and so they can better focus on the joys of life and help undo stress/trauma effects.
Join us and make friends, improve your physical and mental health, enjoy nature, and experience adventure– all in a safe, guided space with like-minded people.
